Jackahuahua ~ The Perfect Doggie Mixture

Wherever you find Jackahuahuas advertisted, PLEASE choose your dog with care.  Choose a breeder who can show you puppy with mum and maybe dad.  Do not buy a dog without visiting the breeder first.  Ideally visit pup as soon as you can and then wait until he/she is about 8 weeks old and weaned before taking home.  You should expect to leave a deposit if you want to reserve your choosen puppy.

  I also have set criteria that breeders have to meet before litters are placed on site. 

A responsible breeder will  ask you questions to be sure of suitabilty of your home and intentions, please do not be offended. This is to ensure puppy and family are matched and will be perfect match and will offer a puppy a forever home.

 Mum is a miniature Jack Russell x Chihuahua.  Dad is a Tiny KC registered Chihuahua with various champions in his pedigree. Both parents are here to see.

They are being raised indoors in the middle of a busy family environment, raised alongside other animals to include my Doberman and other dogs, chickens and lots of rescued rabbits! They will be used to children as I have a 5 year old and 2 year old that handles them daily, so they will be used to lots of fuss and cuddles.

They leave with an extensive puppy pack to include scent blanket, puppy pads (which they will be trained on before they leave), a copy of dad’s KC pedigree, treats, toys and a DVD of pictures and videos to show their development. I also provide a record of the worming and flea treatments which we carry out as a precaution. Also included are a diet sheet and a generous bag of Eukanuba puppy food which they are weaned onto.

I offer a complete health package for our puppies. They will be insured, thoroughly health checked by my vet, have 1st vaccination and will be micro chipped before they leave.

They will be a welcomed addition to any family. They leave socialised, confident, happy and healthy. The ingredients for the perfect puppy.

Questions I ask all breeders before I will list puppies

Puppies able to be seen with mum

Puppies will be wormed and frontline (or similar treatments)

Puppies have been reared in family home/environment, socialised and have seen the normal ‘home life’ stuff.  TV, Radio, people in and out etc.

Puppies will be at least 8 weeks on collection

Puppies are sent ‘home’ with a bit of blanket or something like a ‘sock monster’ that smells of mum and siblings.

Puppies will be sent home with a ‘care pack’ (enough food that they have been eating to last a week)

Puppies will leave you with ‘care notes’ and dates of last worm, flea treatment

You are happy to give care guidelines to owners beyond the first few days

Puppies can only be seen at your home, no meeting people ‘halfway’

I also trust that you will quiz ‘prospective parents’ to be sure they will be able to cope with the cross and who will take puppies to ‘school’ and get them well trained and socialised
